To help members accomplish running goals, a few different running programs are available.
MARATHON – Our most popular program, has different levels for the novie, intermediate and advanced runners. This program starts in June and ramps up the mileage to prepare for the Fall marathon season.
HALF-MARATHON – Pointed towards a labor day half marathon, this program addresses the mid-mileage crowd.
SPEED TRAINING – To set personal bests, once may consider going faster. The speed training program puts an emphasis on speed work to condition your body to go faster.
WALK TO RUN – Program takes non-runners and builds them into runners one week at a time.
