In Season Training Schedule (June – October)

Weekly Training Schedule
Tuesday 6:30pm – Speed Training  (meet at Glenbard West Track)
Thursday 6:30pm –  Mid Week Long Run (meet at Gazebo)
Sunday 6:30am – Training Long Run (Meet at Gazebo)
Sunday 8:00am – Walk/Jog/Run (Meet at Gazebo)
*season ends following the Chicago Marathon.  The Sunday following the Chicago Marathon is the Bagel Run at 8am.

Guest Policy
Guests are welcome to join us for Sunday’s long run.
Simply email Nanette so we know you are coming.
